At Allstars Pickleball, our mission is to give every child the chance to enjoy the fastest-growing sport in the world. We want schools, families, and communities to see pickleball as a safe, fun, and inclusive activity where every child can thrive.

 

Our vision is to create an environment where children feel welcome, supported, and able to achieve their best, guided by caring coaches, positive role models, and a strong sense of teamwork.

In pursuing this vision, we also protect the well-being of our staff and the children we work with. We will not tolerate hostility, aggression, or abuse towards our team or our participants, whether in person or online.

We also take a zero-tolerance approach to online abuse or threatening behaviour, in line with current UK legislation. Words and actions matter, and protecting our staff and children always comes first.
