The Programme

Our Approach in Practice

The Allstars Pickleball programme is designed to give every child the chance to experience the fastest-growing sport in the world in a way that is fun, engaging, and meaningful. Our sessions are playful yet structured, blending skill development with imaginative games that keep children smiling while they learn.

We use the 4Cs approach to shape how children develop through pickleball:

  • Competence – building skills and physical literacy

  • Confidence – inspiring belief in what they can achieve

  • Connection – encouraging positive relationships with others

  • Character – growing life skills that last beyond the court

Allstars Pickleball can be delivered as a curriculum-linked PE programme, an after-school enrichment activity, or a one-off taster day. Each session is carefully planned to ensure children of all abilities are included, challenged, and supported to make progress at their own pace.

We also work in partnership with School Games Organisers (SGOs) to create exciting pathways into competition. From fun intra-school festivals to inter-school events, Allstars Pickleball provides opportunities for children to test their skills, represent their school, and feel part of something bigger.
