Parental Concern Policy

At Allstars Pickleball, we want every parent and carer to feel confident that their child is safe, supported, and enjoying their experience. We recognise that sometimes questions or concerns may arise, and we are committed to dealing with these fairly, quickly, and respectfully.

How to raise a concern

  • Parents or carers should first speak to the coach delivering the session, who will do their best to resolve the matter immediately.

  • If the concern cannot be resolved at the session, it should be raised in writing to team@allstarspickleball.co.uk.

  • Concerns relating to safeguarding or child welfare will always be treated as a priority and passed immediately to our Designated Safeguarding Lead on.      01270 295 214

Our commitment

  • All concerns will be acknowledged within 3 working days.

  • We aim to provide a full response within 10 working days where possible.

  • Concerns will be handled with sensitivity, fairness, and confidentiality.

  • We will work with schools, parents, and carers to find a suitable resolution.

Escalation

If you feel that your concern has not been resolved, you may request that the matter is reviewed by a senior member of the Allstars Pickleball team. Safeguarding concerns may also be referred to the relevant statutory authority if required.
