1. Who we are

Allstars Pickleball delivers school programmes, enrichment activities, and community sessions designed to introduce children to pickleball in a safe and engaging way.

2. Use of our website

The content of this site is for general information only.

We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all content is free from error.

You must not use this website for unlawful purposes, or in a way that may damage or impair the site.

3. Bookings and payments

All bookings for school or community activities are subject to availability.

Pricing and payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Invoices must be settled within the timeframe agreed.

4. Cancellations

We understand that schools may need to make changes to bookings. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• More than 28 days before the event: No charge.

• Between 14–28 days before the event: 50% of the booking fee will be charged.

• Less than 14 days before the event or non-attendance: 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

If Allstars Pickleball needs to cancel or reschedule, schools will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.

5. Safeguarding and safety

All sessions are delivered in line with our safeguarding and health & safety policies.

All concerns regarding child welfare will be treated as a priority.

6. Intellectual property

Allstars Pickleball owns the rights to the content, branding, and materials provided through this website unless stated otherwise.

No part of this website may be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

While we take every care to deliver safe and high-quality activities, Allstars Pickleball cannot accept liability for loss or damage beyond what is required under UK law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
